Why do I have this type of worship?

Why does My Church and Denomination church pray at once for specific needs?

Why does my Church and Denomination have speaking in tongues and interpretation of those tongues?

Why does my Church and Denomination anoint with oil and pray for the sick?
"Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith shall save the sick and the Lord shall raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him." James 5:14.15 KJV
Why does my Church and Denomination speak in tongues and in English?
